It works. My bills are lower, my washing machine runs overnight without me thinking about it, and the app shows me what's happening in real time. My one comment is that the onboarding took me a bit longer than I expected — the Home Assistant setup isn't totally plug-and-play if you're not technical. But I got there, and the support team was patient with my questions. Four stars because of that initial friction, but would absolutely recommend.
